Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered. To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be in its original condition, unused and unopened.
• Include all original tags, seals, labels, and packaging.
• Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, invoice, or order confirmation.
• Meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items

We take product quality and delivery standards seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, tampered, incorrect, or incomplete order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process such claims, the following evidence is mandatory:

• A continuous, unedited video showing the complete parcel receiving, unboxing, and unpackaging process.
• Clear images of the shipping label, outer packaging, product, and any visible damage.
• Valid order details and proof of purchase.

Please note that claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products cannot be processed without a complete unboxing video and supporting evidence.

Drug Rocket reserves the right to reject claims where adequate evidence is not provided.

Non-Returnable Products

For safety, hygiene, and quality assurance reasons, the following products are non-returnable:

• Opened or used nutraceutical products.
• Products with broken seals or tampered packaging.
• Products returned without original packaging, labels, or tags.
• Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items.
• Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
• Customized or special-order products.

Product Performance & Taste Disclaimer

Drug Rocket products are formulated using scientifically supported ingredients and manufactured under strict quality standards. However, individual results may vary based on factors such as age, lifestyle, diet, exercise routine, health condition, and consistency of use.

Due to the consumable nature of nutraceutical products, returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to:

• Personal taste or flavour preferences.
• Texture, mixability, or aroma preferences.
• Individual expectations regarding product performance or results.
• Perceived lack of effectiveness after opening or consuming the product.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Personal dislike of the product after use.

Once a product seal has been opened, broken, or tampered with, it shall be deemed used and non-returnable, except in cases where a verified manufacturing defect is established and approved by Drug Rocket after review.

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to review and approval by our customer support team. Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Products may be inspected upon receipt before a final decision is made.

Returns sent without prior approval from Drug Rocket will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product and the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds are typically initiated within 7-10 business days after approval, although processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

Shipping charges, COD charges, and other service fees, if applicable, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
