At Drug Rocket, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Please review the following shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-working days may be processed on the next business day.
Drug Rocket reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any order due to stock availability, payment verification issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across most serviceable locations within India.
Delivery availability may vary depending on courier service coverage, local regulations, weather conditions, and operational constraints.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
These timelines are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.
Actual delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Drug Rocket may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Such promotions may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
Additional charges may apply for remote service areas or special delivery requirements.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation and tracking information will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment updates using the tracking information provided.
6. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Name
- Mobile Number
- Shipping Address
- Landmark Information
- Postal Code
Drug Rocket shall not be responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, repeated delivery failures, or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may be applicable for re-dispatch.
7. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Drug Rocket shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Transportation delays
- Natural disasters
- Floods, earthquakes, storms, or extreme weather
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Customs or regulatory inspections
- Force majeure events
- Strikes or labor disputes
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
8. Damaged, Tampered or Incorrect Deliveries
Customers are advised to inspect the parcel carefully before opening.
If you receive:
- A damaged parcel
- A tampered package
- An incorrect product
- A missing item
- A defective product
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To investigate and process such claims, the following evidence is mandatory:
- A continuous and unedited video recording of the complete parcel receiving, unboxing, and unpackaging process.
- Clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label, product, and issue observed.
- Valid proof of purchase.
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may be rejected at Drug Rocket's sole discretion.
9. Risk of Loss & Ownership
Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
Drug Rocket shall not be responsible for delays, theft, loss, or damage occurring after successful delivery confirmation by the courier partner.
Customers are encouraged to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at the delivery address.
10. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, Drug Rocket reserves the right to:
- Deduct shipping and handling charges.
- Deduct return shipping charges incurred.
- Refuse future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Restrict future purchases where deemed necessary.
11. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Drug Rocket may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for eligible locations.
Drug Rocket reserves the right to:
- Restrict COD services in specific regions.
- Limit COD eligibility for certain products.
- Refuse COD orders from customers with a history of refused deliveries or fraudulent activities.
12. Lost Shipments
In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit, Drug Rocket will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the matter.
Resolution timelines may vary depending on the courier partner's investigation process.
Any replacement or refund shall be processed only after confirmation from the courier partner regarding shipment loss.
13. Product Storage After Delivery
Many Drug Rocket products are nutraceutical and wellness products that require proper storage conditions.
Customers are responsible for:
- Promptly receiving delivered orders.
- Storing products as instructed on the packaging.
- Protecting products from excessive heat, moisture, direct sunlight, or improper handling.
Drug Rocket shall not be responsible for product deterioration resulting from improper storage after delivery.
